Returns
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. When returning an item, you as the customer are responsible for ensuring that it arrives back to us in the same condition as when you received it. The seal/price tag must remain attached, and the item must be unused. Returns should be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. The return must be packed in the original box, in the same way as when you received it.

When returning an item please email us first at info@pickme.nu and we will send you the return address. 

Complaints
All items are vintage/second hand and therefore sold as-is. This means that Pick Me does not accept any complaints. Please make sure to carefully examine the items before purchasing.

Refunds
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the day we received the item. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs when sending the item back.

Privacy Policy
When placing an order with Pick Me, you will need to provide certain personal information. By placing your order, you agree that we may store and use your information within our business to fulfill the agreement with you. You have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you may request that it be corrected or deleted. In that case, please contact us via email.
